By booking on this website you accept these terms, the cancellation policy of the stay or tour you choose, and the personal data policy.

Your booking is confirmed when the payment is approved by the Wompi gateway and you receive the confirmation email with your booking code. While you complete the payment, we hold the dates for 30 minutes.

The details you provide (name, email, phone and guests) must be accurate. The lead guest must be of legal age and is responsible for the other guests.

The number of guests cannot exceed the listing's capacity. Infants under 2 don't count toward capacity. Pets are only allowed where the listing says so.

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include the nightly price, extra-guest fees where applicable, cleaning fees and current discounts. You see the full breakdown and the final total before paying.

Payment is 100% at booking through Wompi (Bancolombia), which processes cards, PSE, Nequi and other methods. We don't store card details.

Some buildings charge their own wristband to access common areas; when applicable, it's stated in the listing and paid directly at the building.

Check-in and check-out times appear in each listing and in your confirmation. The exact address is sent when your booking is confirmed; door codes and WiFi are enabled in “My booking” 48 hours before arrival.

By law, guests must register (hotel registration card and, for foreigners, a report to Migración Colombia). You can complete this pre-check-in from “My booking”.

You must follow the house and building rules (noise, parties, smoking, visitors). Damage caused during the stay is the lead guest's responsibility.

Tours are operated directly by Vacation VIP. Each tour states its duration, inclusions, pickup or meeting point, capacity and ages. Departures may be rescheduled due to weather, safety or force majeure; in that case we offer another date or a full refund.

Please be ready at the stated pickup time. No-shows are handled under the tour's cancellation policy.

Each stay and tour has a cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Firm) shown before you pay. Details are on the Cancellations and refunds page.

If we can't provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we offer an equal-or-better stay or a 100% refund.

Under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to accommodation and tourism services with a set service date. Cancellations follow the policy shown at booking.

We do our best to keep listing information (photos, descriptions, amenities) accurate and up to date. We're not liable for third-party services (buildings, outside transport, shops) or for loss of personal belongings not reported promptly.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Colombian consumer protection law.
