Privacy policy

Booking data: name, email, phone, dates, guests, messages to the host and, if you complete the pre-check-in, each guest's ID, nationality and date of birth.

Payment data: the reference, status and method (for example, the card's last 4 digits). Full card details are processed by Wompi and never reach our servers.

Minimal technical data: IP address and browser, to prevent fraud and abuse.

To manage and charge your booking, send confirmations, reminders and arrival instructions, comply with mandatory guest registration and handle your requests.

If you consent, to send you offers and news. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Only with providers that help us deliver the service, under confidentiality agreements: Wompi (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email) and Anthropic (virtual assistant, only with what you type in the chat). Some operate outside Colombia; transfers are made with adequate safeguards.

With authorities when the law requires it (for example, guest registration with MinCIT and Migración Colombia).

We only use technical storage needed for the site to work (for example, remembering a filter or protecting forms from bots). We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep booking data for the period required by accounting and tax rules, and guest registration data for one year after check-out. After that it's deleted or anonymized.
