This policy is adopted under Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and any rules that amend or complement them.

a) Manage stay and tour bookings, payments, invoicing and customer service.

b) Send confirmations, reminders, arrival instructions and satisfaction surveys.

c) Meet legal obligations: guest registration (hotel registration card), reports to Migración Colombia, and accounting and tax obligations.

d) Prevent fraud and keep the website secure.

e) With express consent, send marketing and promotions.

As the data subject you may: access, update and correct your data; request proof of consent; be informed about how your data is used; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; revoke consent or request deletion when there's no legal duty to keep the data; and access your data free of charge.

Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law. If a complaint is incomplete, we'll ask you to complete it within five (5) days.

We only process minors' data when they travel as guests and legal registration requires it, always in their best interest. We don't request sensitive data; if you share it voluntarily (for example, an accessibility need), we use it only to assist you.

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data (encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs). Data may be hosted on provider servers outside Colombia with adequate protection levels.

This policy is effective from its publication for as long as the processing purpose exists. Any substantial change will be announced on this website.
